About the i4.0 Accelerator

The Industry 4.0 Accelerator expedites the adoption of i4.0 technology by Michigan manufacturers. Our goal is to help our manufacturers stay competitive by embracing the latest i4.0 technology.

Our Story

The i4.0 Accelerator launched in 2018 and is run, in partnership, by Lean Rocket Lab and the Centrepolis Accelerator at Lawrence Tech University. We are sponsored by the MEDC, the EDA, and Automation Alley to impact Michigan's manufacturers through the implementation of new i4.0 technology.

On a monthly to bi-monthly basis, our team of experts in residence (EIR's) meet with our corporate partners to discuss areas of interest, problem statements, use cases, and the newest and brightest i4.0 tech. This same team then scouts for new tech companies and startups to build a portfolio of solutions to meet the needs of our partners and Michigan's manufacturers.
