Our teams work closely with customers across the full value chain – from concept and material selection through processing, validation, and scale-up – enabling faster development and more reliable outcomes. At the GM Innovation Day, we will showcase PU In-Mold Coating (IMC) of thermoplastic parts. This technology enables Class-A finished parts directly out of the mold – eliminating the need for a paint line and reducing cycle time, cost, and environmental impact. We will speak to our set of thermoplastics materials designed for PU IMC applications. These materials are optimized for performance, surface quality, and processing ease.
